MASSAGE
Full Body Massage (approximately 60 minutes including evaluation)
Depending on your horse’s needs during a massage session, I may apply other techniques and spend more time in a certain area.
-Myofascial Release techniques
-Trigger Point Therapy
SERVICE AREA
Servicing Central Massachusetts, North and South Shore, and Northern Rhode Island. Travel fees may apply for longer travel.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Before the massage session, I will ask you to fill out an online form asking questions about your horse’s health history, past injuries, discipline(s), why you seek massage, medications, etc.
I do believe in working closely with the Veterinarian if need be and there may be a need for vet referral/approval. I think this is important for the health of the horse.
Please have your horse dry, and free of any major dirt clumps. I do not mind grooming, it can be a nice introduction for the two of us.
I can conduct a gait analysis upon arrival by watching your horse move. This is informative because I can get an idea if something seems off and how your horse moves normally.
Post massage, I will give you an evaluation form for your records. If you have any questions or concerns, I will be happy to discuss with you.
